Guest Service Associate (GSA) - F&B Service

ob Summary:
The Guest Service Associate – F&B Service is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests by delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service. This role ensures guest satisfaction through timely order taking, food and beverage delivery, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure tables are properly set and cleaned before and after service
• Handle guest queries or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the service area
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or equivalent; hotel management certification preferred
• Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
