To maintain file for raw material certificate of analysis monthwise Excel entries for finished goods / raw materials and to generate daily reports To ensure resources in the laboratory to make sure that there is no delay in the Productivity due to delay in testing. Investigation of customer complaint for root cause analysis in cordination with quality control officer Ensure highest standard of Safety in Laboratory all time Accountabilities: Ensure effective utilization of laboratory equipment in Lab. To maintain lab consumables, record on monthly basis Ensure continual improvements in the testing procedures of raw material, packing material and finished goods. Monitor SPC chart for admixture system / construction system products for key parameters on monthly basis Unsafe Act / Unsafe Condition/ Stop card/ Quality near miss to be reported with documented evidence on monthly basis in coordination with quality control officer Monitor and review MSDS management for Turbhe plant ensure all the MSDS are up to date and available in hard copies with index list Maintain details pertaining to reprocess and rework with documented records on monthly basis Weight of the finished products cross checked on daily basis randomly. Cross verification on daily basis and records are in place. To train lab technician for all the activities pertaining to QC and maintain regular housekeeping in QC Lab Ensure and maintain overall cleanliness of Tools, Equipment’s and good housekeeping in the work area, ensure everyone in the laboratory wears relevant PPE’s while working and develop a safety culture not only in the lab but also in the plant Qualifications BSc. Job Description Title : Assistant/Deputy.Manager – Operations – Tolling Department: SCM Location : Jhagadia Factory Reports To : Senior Manager (Tolling) Overview This position is responsible to lead tolling operations (for the assigned unit or cluster of units), ensure adequate RM-PM availability, co-ordinate for requisite dispatches and undertake invoicing and other documentation to meet timely sales to customers. Duties And Responsibilities Leadership Lead tolling operations for the assigned unit or cluster of units. Travel on a regular and frequent basis to the assigned units and undertake detailed reviews with the toller. Performance Undertake daily, weekly and fortnightly production planning. To give training to the Store/Warehouse Personnel for safe handling of chemical, calibration, warehouse cleaning, perform Store/warehouse activities as per approved procedure etc. 9. Follow up with Purchase and commercial department for disposal of nonmoving, obsolete and rejected raw and packing materials. 10. Prepare Packing list and dispatch plan for finished goods and dispatch of finished goods. 11. All the responsibility of the engineering store related. Monitor the performance of electrical systems and conduct routine inspections to ensure continuous operation and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair. Work with control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA) to optimize production processes and ensure smooth operation. Implement electrical safety procedures and perform risk assessments to ensure safe operation of equipment and systems. Work closely with mechanical, civil, and process engineers to ensure integration between electrical systems and other plant systems. Maintain accurate records of electrical designs, modifications, maintenance schedules, and performance logs.
