JD:

• Compliance of all rules and regulations related to Environment, Health and safety.
• Investigation all incident/Accident, take precaution and action against for its re-occurrence. • Implementation and monitoring of Environment & safety systems. • Preparation of SOPs, manuals related to EHS dept. & its implementations. • Formation & Setting up Safety Committee, Conducting of Safety committee meeting as per frequency and ensure its compliance. • Co-ordinate to conduct Safety Audits, Plant Safety Inspection, Mock drill. Identify the hazards & Risk related to all activity and suggest to minimize Risk. • Prepare Emergency preparedness plan and ensure effectiveness • Preparation and monitoring of EHS Budget. • To prepare EHS training schedule. Organizing & conducting Environment & Safety Training for employees and contractor. • To ensure compliance of Personnel Protective Equipment for the all operational activity. • To ensure operational capability of Fire & emergency equipment like portable fire extinguishers, Hydrant system, fire alarms, interlock and its effective working. • Identify the unsafe act and unsafe condition and advise to eliminate unsafe act and unsafe condition. . • Review & Implement Operational control measures in all operational activity. • To implement ISO 45001; 2018 & 14001; 2015 Standards. Active participation in SA-8000, and other EHS related certification Audits. • To conduct behavioural Base safety practice at work place. • Responsible to implement HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment), PSM (Process Safety Management), Carry out HAZOP study & JSA preparation. • Good Hand on MS Office and related software like word, power point,excel with good typing.
