EHS Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of

  EHS policies, procedures, and safe operating standards

  across departments.
• Conduct

  daily safety inspections, workplace audits, and hazard identification

  to maintain compliance and prevent incidents.
• Perform

  HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment)

  and

  Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

  for manufacturing operations.
• Assist in

  incident and near-miss investigations

  , preparing reports, and implementing

  corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  .
• Monitor and control

  waste management, pollution, and environmental compliance

  under

  ISO 14001

  standards.
• Deliver

  EHS training, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills

  for employees and contractors.
• Maintain all

  EHS documentation, permits, and reports

  , ensuring audit readiness.
• Coordinate

  fire safety checks, emergency response plans, and PPE compliance

  across all shifts.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and HR teams to strengthen

  safety culture and performance

Educational Qualification
