Electrical Operations & Maintenance Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems in: Steel Melting Shop (SMS): Electric arc furnaces (EAF), ladle furnaces, transformers, and electrode control systems. Rolling Mills: Main mill drives, shears, coilers, motors (AC/DC), PLC/SCADA systems. Extrusion Press & Pilger Mill: High-pressure electrical drive systems, automation controls, heaters, and safety interlocks. Ensure minimal downtime and high MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) for critical equipment. Troubleshoot chronic and critical electrical issues, applying root cause analysis (RCA). 2.
