Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ETP, STP & RO Plant Incharge located in Jhagadia. The Plant Incharge will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. Key tasks include overseeing plant operations, conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting, monitoring water quality, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The role involves coordinating with engineering teams, implementing process improvements, and maintaining detailed operational records.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining ETP, STP, and RO systems
• Knowledge of water treatment processes and regulatory compliance related to wastewater management
• Skills in troubleshooting and plant maintenance
• Ability to monitor water quality and manage data records
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with engineering teams
• Bachelor's or diploma degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in an industrial setting is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
