Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) IN-CHARGE located in Jhagadia. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the effluent treatment plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, monitoring and adjusting treatment processes, and maintaining plant equipment. The ETP IN-CHARGE will also be responsible for managing a team of operators, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining accurate records of plant performance and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining effluent treatment plants
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to monitor, adjust, and optimize treatment processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and record-keeping skills
• Relevant qualifications in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the industrial sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site operations
