Job Title: Network Engineer L3 Location :Jamnagar. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex network infrastructures, as well as providing advanced troubleshooting and escalation support. Role & responsibilities Safety o Zero LTC o Accept work permits (from operations side) with 100% compliance for all engineering or non-routine tasks as per RIL standard with proper job safety risk assessment attached to permit o Special Focus on Line Break, Hot Work, Confined Space related jobs o Zero Tolerance for Unsafe Behaviour o Demonstrate & Lead strict adherence of Safety Standards & Safety Compliance on shop floor o Ensure operations as per RIL Health, Safety, Environment, & Fire standards o Take periodic Gemba rounds, and control Unsafe Acts & Unsafe Conditions on shop floor o Lead Audits, Visits, & Documentation • Production o Lead Start Up of Section with a focus on Zero Safety Incidents, Zero Quality Incidents, zero incidents of grower stoppage (due to lack of availability of quality polysilicon) o Develop a process / system-based culture in managing operations o Ensure output as per production plan o Achieve best inventory accuracy for the section (Physical stock Vs System stock) o Ensure 100% posting of Batches & 100% consumption of material through MES & ERP systems o Ensure 5s on shop floor o Release periodic production related reports as per RIL governance systems o Participate in periodic plant review meetings o Lead & Achieve Benchmark OEE o Lead Audits & Visits o Lead Documentation o Handover of shift charge to reliever as per HOTO (Handover Takeover) guidelines of RIL. Plan & Ensure 100% Availability of Raw Material, Packing Material & Consumables for upcoming shift • Quality o All Operations /tasks as per documented & approved procedures o Ensure Input & Output is as per approved quality specs o Eliminate all sources of contamination by best shop floor discipline & best engineering or administrative controls as and where applicable o Ensure operations are performed as per Standard Operating Conditions (With in Aim +/- Control Limits) o Provide engineering solutions through data analysis to support quality assurance, customer complaint evaluations, process managements, and problem troubleshooting • Cost o Eliminate Losses & Improve Yield of all equipment of set up by demonstrating their design capabilities • Team / Manpower o Develop down the line team in the fundamental understanding of engineering knowledge of equipment of your section o Handhold & Coach the manpower on operational nuances of section Preferred candidate profile

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety engineer to oversee and enforce safety protocols in our workplace. The Safety engineer will be responsible for identifying hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety training, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees. This role is vital to ensuring that our operations meet local, national, and international safety standards, reducing accidents, and ensuring the well-being of all personnel. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant safety regulations and policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards. Develop, implement, and review safety programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees on topics such as equipment handling, emergency response, and safe work practices. Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, training, incident investigations, and safety reports. Prepare and submit safety reports to management, detailing safety performance, risks, and recommendations for improvement. Conduct risk assessments and safety assessments of new equipment, processes, or work areas to ensure safety protocols are followed. Ensure that safety signage, equipment, and emergency exit routes are clearly marked and easily accessible. Keep up to date with the latest safety regulations and industry best practices and apply them to the workplace. Assist in the development of emergency response plans, including fire drills, first aid procedures, and evacuation plans. Promote a culture of safety across all levels of the organization, encouraging staff to adhere to safety guidelines. Investigate any unsafe practices or violations of safety policies and take appropriate action. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into all work activities and projects. Educational Requirements: Mandatory: B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering OR B.Sc. (PCM) with ADIS or PDIS (Advanced/Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) Experience: For B.Tech / Diploma holders: Minimum 8 years of experience in the engineering field. For B.Sc. (PCM) holders: Minimum 5 years of relevant safety experience Knowledge of OSHA standards, health and safety laws, and environmental regulations. Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and investigations. Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety certification preferred. First Aid and CPR certification. Skills: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, protocols, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and educate employees on safety practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks and implement corrective actions. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergency situations. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate safety records and documentation. Proficient in using safety-related software and tools (e.g., incident reporting systems, risk assessment tools). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
