Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our manufacturing unit, preferably with experience in an export house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate cost tracking, shipment-wise reconciliation, and supporting cost optimization initiatives using SAP B1. Reports to: Chief Financial Officer Qualification: ICWA (Inter) or PG in commerce. Experience: 2 to 3 years in costing for a manufacturing unit, preferably in an export house Location: NSEZ (NOIDA) Key Responsibilities: Maintain and analyze cost records for raw materials, labor, and overheads. Prepare standard cost sheets and conduct variance analysis with actionable insights. Perform shipment-wise reconciliation of cost vs. realization for export orders. Work closely with production, stores, and export documentation teams to monitor BOMs, WIP, inventory valuation, and dispatch costings. Assist in product costing, profitability analysis, and cost optimization strategies. Generate periodic cost reports and MIS for management decision-making. Ensure proper cost allocation and compliance with cost accounting standards and internal controls. Support budgeting, audits, and year-end closing processes. Efficiently use SAP B1 for cost tracking, reconciliations, and reporting. Skills Required: ICWA (Inter) or M. Com /MBA (Finance). Hands-on experience in shipment-wise costing and reconciliation. Proficient in SAP B1 and MS Excel. Strong analytical mindset with good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Job Summary: The Plant/Commercial Head will be responsible for managing manufacturing operations and streamlining all commercial activities at the Jamnagar unit, including procurement, vendor management, quality adherence, inventory control, contract management, logistics, statutory compliance, and effective management of plant finance. This role plays a key part in ensuring cost efficiency and commercial discipline. Regular MIS reporting to the GM Operations and Corporate Commercial Head at the Noida headquarters. Reports to: GM - Operations Experience: 15 to 22 years Location: Jamnagar Department: Commercial. Key Responsibility: Plant Operations Management: Develop and execute plans to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant, including production planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance activities. Procurement & Sourcing: Lead initiatives to source new materials and suppliers that enhance the company's competitive advantage. Analyse market trends, pricing fluctuations, and economic indicators to make informed purchasing decisions. Continuously review and improve procurement processes, Vendor Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost requirements. Commercial Operations & Logistics : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. quality, engineering, supply chain) to drive continuous improvement initiatives and solve operational issues. Inventory Management & Cost Control: Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery timelines. Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and developing the plant operations team to maximize performance and productivity. MIS & Reporting: Manage plant budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare reports on plant performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics. Preparing and presenting operational reports to senior management and identifying areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across the plant. Skills Required: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering; MBA (Operations/Finance) preferred. 15 to 22 years in manufacturing industry with at least 3 to 5 years in a plant leadership role. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent). Knowledge of brass components, lighting accessories, or hardware industry is advantageous.
