Proven experience in project management and team leadership. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Skills Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
