Role Description
The Manager (Rotary) will oversee rotary equipment operations, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency in alignment with company standards. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance and operations of rotary machinery, coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and compliance regulations are met. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jamnagar.
Qualifications
- Expertise in rotary equipment, maintenance, and operational management, with experience in energy or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate and oversee daily operations while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting, diagnostics, and implementation of process improvements.
- Capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project needs.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in large-scale industrial facilities is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in engineering, mechanical maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.
