Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Rotary at CR3 in Jamnagar. The Manager - Rotary will oversee daily operations and maintenance of rotary equipment, plan and execute plant turnarounds, and manage repair and service activities to ensure compliance with project schedules and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, supervising technical staff, and ensuring the reliable functionality of critical machinery to support operational efficiency. The role also involves adhering to company protocols and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in rotary equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Experience with project management and planning plant turnarounds
- Strong leadership and people management skills to oversee technical teams
- Knowledge of industry safety regulations and quality control standards
- Proficiency in resource allocation, budgeting, and technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required
- 10+ years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance or rotary equipment services
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
