Desirable: NDT, Level - II in RT, UT, PT, MT & VT. (Mech.) Skills & Competencies : Preparation of inspection reports Knowl edge of job procedure, ITP, specifications and formats For Construction Quality Engineer - Mechanical: Knowledge of codes and standards for welding Materials and Metallurgy including heat treatment Welding symbols, processes, defects, consumable classifications, applicable codes Knowledge about measurement instruments needed for various type of inspection.
