You’ll work across a variety of formats—from social media creatives and YouTube thumbnails to website banners and brand assets—ensuring our visual identity remains modern, compelling, and consistent. Key Responsibilities: Design high-conversion, eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms. Create engaging, minimalist static and dynamic visuals for social media. Develop website banners and promotional graphics aligned with brand aesthetics. Collaborate closely with the strategy and lead teams to understand project briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs. Uphold and evolve brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in minimalism, typography, layout, and color theory. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or other relevant software effectively. Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio demonstrating minimalist design across multiple formats (social media, web, thumbnails, etc.). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); working knowledge of Figma and Canva is a plus. Solid understanding of layout design, visual hierarchy, and branding. Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Bonus: Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
