Role Overview: As a Nursing Incharge at Shree Navodaya Gastro Liver Hospital in Gwalior, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing patient care, administering critical care medicine, and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursing department. Your daily tasks will include coordinating patient care plans, supervising nursing practices, maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient satisfaction, and collaborating with other medical staff to deliver optimal healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage nursing staff and ensure efficient patient care - Administer critical care medicine - Coordinate patient care plans - Supervise nursing practices to maintain high standards of hygiene and patient satisfaction - Collaborate with other medical staff for optimal healthcare services Qualifications Required: - Nursing Management and Nursing skills - Experience in Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine - Strong skills in Patient Care - Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field - Registered Nurse (RN) license required - Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus,
