Role: AI in Education Trainer - Government Schools Engagement: Contract - project based Locations: Madhya Pradesh, multiple districts Languages: Hindi, English Start: 8th September About the role You will train government school teachers of Madhya Pradesh to use ChatGPT and NotebookLM to plan and deliver lessons where computers and stable internet are not always available. The focus is practical classroom use and low data workflows. Key responsibilities Deliver a 1 day workshop on AI for which you will be provided training. Foundations of AI for Classrooms Prompt Crafting and Writing Content Curation and Class Delivery with NotebookLM Assessments and 4 week integration ladder (we will train you for this) Facilitate hands-on activities that work with mobile phones. Lead micro teaching, peer feedback, and accuracy checks for AI generated content Support teachers to create low tech materials Blackboard scripts, flashcards, printed quizzes, posters etc. Must have Experience in teaching, preferably in higher education Fluency in Hindi and some comfort in English Masters in Tech, Computer Science, or MCA Strong facilitation in low resource rooms Comfortable traveling to districts in Madhya Pradesh Good to have Ability to design worksheets, tiered quizzes, and rubrics Comfortable traveling to blocks and clusters within a district Logistics Training days: typically 1 day per batch, 40 to 60 teachers Equipment: Smartphone, Laptop Compensation 2000 rupees per day training fee plus travel and local stay as per policy
