Role Overview The Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for: Coordinating between the design studio and site teams/vendors Managing project execution schedules and ensuring technical accuracy Handling drawings, BOQs, material specifications, finishes, and vendor deliverables Overseeing MEP coordination and integration in line with design intent Acting as a project manager for multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality standards Reporting directly to the Principal Architect/Founder Key Responsibilities Translate design intent into construction-ready drawings and vendor packages Prepare / review BOQs, specifications, and material schedules Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants on-site for execution Monitor quality control during construction & ensure compliance with design drawings Ensure seamless integration of MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) into architectural design Conduct weekly progress review meetings with Site Engineers/Vendors Identify design discrepancies or site challenges early & propose solutions Maintain project timelines and budgets , escalating concerns to management as needed Document project progress and prepare status reports for clients/internal team Mandatory Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) 4–7 years of experience in architectural execution & project management (hospitality experience preferred) Strong knowledge of construction detailing, finishes, material selection, and BOQ preparation Good understanding of MEP design coordination Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors simultaneously Strong skills in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Project/Primavera (project scheduling tools), and MS Excel/Sheets Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to travel to sites across North India depending on project requirements.
