Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Guest Experience Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has a positive, memorable experience. The role focuses on guest engagement, complaint resolution, service quality, and maintaining high standards of hospitality across the premises.

Qualification & Experience

Education:
Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
13 years of experience in customer service, front office, hospitality, or guest relations. Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Guest satisfaction scores (NPS/Feedback ratings).
Resolution time for guest issues.
Number of positive guest reviews.
Adherence to service standards and SOPs.
