Job Description

Guest Service Associate deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring a welcoming, attentive, and professional dining experience. Support the Food Beverage team in maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Promote guest satisfaction and loyalty through proactive service and problem resolution. Uphold brand standards and contribute to the overall success of the department.
 
 
 
Essential Job Tasks
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables or designated areas.
Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages. Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and portioning. Monitor guest satisfaction during service and address concerns immediately. Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions securely. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment. Assist in setting up, clearing, and resetting tables for smooth service flow. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently. Support colleagues during peak hours to ensure seamless operations.

Guest Interaction: First point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Order Management: Accurate handling of food and beverage orders, minimizing errors. Service Quality: Delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times. Cleanliness Hygiene: Maintaining dining areas, utensils, and service stations to meet safety standards. Team Collaboration: Coordinating with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations. Problem Resolution: Addressing guest complaints or issues effectively and escalating when necessary. Upselling Promotion: Suggesting menu items, promotions, or specials to enhance guest experience and revenue. Compliance: Adhering to company policies, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Food Beverage Service preferred.
Work Experience
Entry Level :1-2 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or food beverage operations.
