Job Description

Essential Job Tasks

  • Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service at all times.

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues.

  • Maintain accurate guest records and update systems as required.

  • Ensure adherence to service standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and offers to enhance guest experience.


Areas of Responsibility

  • Guest Reception Front Desk Operations

  • Customer Service Guest Relations

  • Complaint Handling Service Recovery

  • Coordination with Operational Teams

  • Compliance with Policies Service Standards


Required Qualifications

  • Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with front office systems (preferred).


Work Experience

  • 0–4 years of experience

  • Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
