QA (Quality Analytics) Executive

As a QA (Quality Analytics) Executive, your role will involve monitoring, collecting, and analyzing production and quality data to ensure compliance with internal standards. You will be responsible for preparing quality reports and dashboards for management review, performing root cause analysis (RCA) on quality failures and deviations, and identifying trends and improvement opportunities based on analytics. Additionally, you will support the implementation of quality improvement plans across departments and ensure data accuracy and integrity across quality check records. Collaboration with QC and Production teams for data-driven decision making and maintaining QA documentation in line with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, collect, and analyze production and quality data - Prepare quality reports and dashboards for management review - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on quality failures and deviations - Identify trends and improvement opportunities based on analytics - Support implementation of quality improvement plans - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across quality check records - Coordinate with QC and Production teams for data-driven decision making - Maintain QA documentation in line with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines Qualification Required: - 1-3 years of experience in Quality Analytics, QA, or related roles (preferably in food/FMCG sector) - Strong knowledge of quality control systems, standards, and audit procedures - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analytics tools - Ability to analyze large data sets and translate them into actionable insights - Good communication skills and attention to detail As a potential candidate, you should have a graduate degree in Food Technology, Statistics, Science, or any relevant discipline. Additionally, certification in QA/ISO/FSSAI compliance would be an added advantage. The job requires working 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).,
