Job Responsibilities:- Understanding of major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) (like Cisco, Juniper, Edgecore, Arista) and their product portfolio. Understanding of network schematics, Data Center Switching and Routing, SD-WAN and role of various network components. Hands on expertise in installation and configuring of networking equipment of atleast one major OEM’s L2/L3 managed network devices. Hands on knowledge of passive networking and various types of cables. Support activities like site survey, solution design, validating product compliance and producing Bill of Materials (BoM) Travel to customer sites for project implementation or troubleshooting Effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders Required Knowledge and Skills:- Strong knowledge of network equipment and hands on configuration experience with L2, L3 managed switches / routers / network devices Experience on-site with project implementation Proactive communication skills Hard-working, Initiative and enthusiasm for learning Desirable Knowledge and Skills:- Some CAD knowledge Network security and Cloud sizing Engineering background OEM product certification Work Environment: SECCOM offers a transparent, open work culture based on trust and respect.
