Role Description This is a full-time Laboratory Technician role located on-site in Patna. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting quality control procedures, and performing various laboratory tests and analyses. Daily tasks include preparing samples, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The technician will work closely with other laboratory staff to ensure efficient and accurate test results. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment Strong Quality Control skills and adherence to quality standards Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail Proficient Laboratory Skills and knowledge of laboratory techniques Experience as a Laboratory Technician or in a related role Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field
