Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Cluster Manager, located in Patna & nearby locations. The Pharmacy Cluster Manager will oversee the operations of multiple pharmacy outlets, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising pharmacy professionals, improving service efficiency, monitoring prescription fulfillment, and ensuring the provision of high-quality customer service. The role also involves strategizing to optimize overall performance and maintain high service standards across outlets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in pharmacy operations, including Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy, and Pharmacy Practice.
• Proficiency in handling prescriptions, ensuring accurate and compliant dispensing.
• Ability to supervise immunization services and adhere to healthcare standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple outlets effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in pharmacy management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field, with appropriate certifications preferred.
