Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Hajipur. The Accountant will perform day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, handling invoicing, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting in tax preparation, and providing financial insights for decision-making processes. Qualifications Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation Experience with financial reporting and internal auditing Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior professional experience in accounting or finance (preferred)
