B2C Responsibilities (Customers & Event Booking) • Generate customer leads through field visits, calls, social media, and referrals. • Convince customers to book venues and events through the Yaadgarpal app. • Understand customer requirements (budget, location, event type) and recommend options. • Assist customers in booking confirmation and payment coordination. • Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates. General Responsibilities • Maintain daily sales reports and lead tracking. • Work closely with operations teams. • Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.
