Internship Description • Role: Sales Intern • Position: Business Development Associate (BDA – Intern) • Mode: Onsite • Location: Preferable location/Bihar • Compensation: Performance-based (Incentives + Certificates) Roles & Responsibilities B2B Responsibilities (Hotels & Venue Partners) • Identify and approach hotels, marriage gardens, and event venues for partnership. • Onboard vendors onto the Yaadgarpal app and explain platform benefits. • Pitch Yaadgarpal’s billing software, booking tools, and digital visibility services. • Build long-term relationships with hotel owners and managers. • Ensure correct listing details, photos, pricing, and availability on the app. • Collect partner feedback and assist in service improvement. B2C Responsibilities (Customers & Event Booking) • Generate customer leads through field visits, calls, social media, and referrals. • Convince customers to book venues and events through the Yaadgarpal app. • Understand customer requirements (budget, location, event type) and recommend options. • Assist customers in booking confirmation and payment coordination. • Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates. General Responsibilities • Maintain daily sales reports and lead tracking. • Work closely with operations teams. • Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets. Eligibility Criteria • Graduate / Undergraduate students (BBA, MBA, B.Com, Any discipline) • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Willingness to work in field sales and interact with clients. • Basic understanding of sales, and marketing. • Familiarity with local market is a plus. • Positive attitude, self-driven, and target-oriented.
