Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Purnea, Bihar for a DSE. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales processes, generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and achieving individual and team targets. Additionally, the DSE is expected to build lasting relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven abilities in customer relationship management, client acquisition, and sales execution
Knowledge of sales strategies, market research, and lead generation
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation capabilities
Capability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions
Proficiency in Computer Operation, MS Excel, time management and organizational skills.
Previous experience in the construction or home improvement industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
