The ideal candidate should have experience in the automobile sector and a strong understanding of spare parts management, inventory control, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain stock levels of automotive spare parts. Receive, inspect, and store parts in an organized manner. Issue parts to the workshop as per job card requirements. Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy through regular audits. Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and timely delivery of parts. Forecast demand and plan stock accordingly to avoid shortages or overstock. Monitor and control parts movement and wastage. Handle customer queries related to spare parts availability and pricing (if applicable). Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the parts storage area. Requirements: Proven experience as a Spare Parts In-Charge or similar role in the automobile industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and inventory management systems. Familiarity with ERP/software for stock management is a plus. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
