Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, located in Kolkata. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, providing after-sales support, and closing sales deals. Additionally, the executive will conduct market research, analyze competitors, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management and After-Sales Support skills
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus
