Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing showroom operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include managing sales activities, maintaining the showroom, coordinating with the sales team, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Showroom Manager will also be tasked with achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of product presentation.

Qualifications

Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
Experience in Sales and managing showrooms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Relevant experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
