Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated individuals to join our frontline sales team as a Dealer Sales Executive. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates (including those with an MBA) who are eager to build a successful career in the automotive sales industry.

The DSE is the first point of contact for our customers and is responsible for driving sales by understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features, and ensuring an exceptional purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Generate Sales: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets as set by the dealership management.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers and handle inquiries (in person, via phone, or online) promptly and professionally.
  • Needs Assessment: Consult with customers to understand their specific transportation needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct thorough and engaging demonstrations of new and used vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and technology.
  • Test Drives: Schedule and accompany customers on test drives, explaining vehicle performance and safety features.

2. Dealership Process & Documentation

  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential customers (leads) via calls, messages, and emails to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation process and finalize sales deals in compliance with dealership guidelines.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all sales transactions, including financing, insurance, and registration paperwork.
  • Lead Management: Utilize the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log, track, and manage all sales leads and customer interactions.

3. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, specifications, pricing, and all features of the vehicles sold by the dealership.
  • Monitor competitive models, market trends, and promotions to effectively position our vehicles.

4. Customer Retention

  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Educate customers on after-sales services, warranty programs, and service center offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

Eligibility (We encourage freshers to apply!)

  • Education: Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, etc.) or Post Graduate (MBA, M.Com, etc.).
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is a plus.
  • A valid Four-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
