Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our automobile dealership team in Angul, Odisha. The CRM will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and building long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, service reminders, and feedback calls.
• Manage post-sales and post-service communication to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer data is accurately recorded and updated in CRM software.
• Generate customer satisfaction reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to improve overall customer service quality.
• Promote value-added services like insurance renewals, AMC, and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Odia and Hindi fluency preferred; English is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Pleasant and professional demeanor.

Education:

• Minimum: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent preferred).
