Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with 1-2 years of experience to manage and enhance client relationships in an interior design and manufacturing company. The role involves handling client interactions, understanding project requirements, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills to deliver a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations regarding interior design and manufacturing projects. Conduct regular follow-ups to update clients on project progress and address their concerns. 2. Sales & Business Development Support Assist the sales team in lead generation, client presentations, and proposal submissions. Provide clients with detailed information about interior design solutions, furniture, modular fittings, and manufacturing capabilities. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the company's services and develop customer engagement strategies. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM software) with relevant interactions and project details. 3. Project Coordination & Execution Work closely with designers, production teams, and installation teams to ensure projects meet client specifications. Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays or client concerns. Ensure all customer requests and changes are documented and communicated effectively to the internal teams. Coordinate with logistics for the timely delivery and installation of furniture and interior solutions. 4. Customer Service & Issue Resolution Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution. Mediate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Collect client feedback post-project completion to improve service quality. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns efficiently. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, and project details. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on customer engagement, feedback, and project status. Ensure all client agreements and approvals are properly documented before execution. Required Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or sales support, preferably in an interior design, furniture, or manufacturing company. Technical & Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, furniture manufacturing, and materials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Customer Satisfaction Rate: Ensuring positive client feedback and repeat business. Lead Conversion Rate: Assisting in converting potential clients into confirmed projects. Project Coordination Efficiency: Timely execution and delivery of interior projects. Customer Retention & Engagement: Maintaining long-term client relationships.
