Work Experience

Should have 4–7 years of experience in CRM operations, customer lifecycle management or client servicing.

Must have managed CRM software (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce or similar).

Experience in handling large customer databases and retention strategy.

Close coordination with Sales, Marketing & Customer Support teams.

Educational Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.

CRM certifications preferred.

Skill Set Required

  • Excellent communication & customer handling skills
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Excel proficiency (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reporting)
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Strong email writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to get work done from internal teams
  • Good understanding of customer service workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
