Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of experience in a quality assurance/control role and supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, Six Sigma, Lean). Strong knowledge of inspection methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS).
