Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate logistics operations, including dispatch, routing, and delivery. Oversee drivers and delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries and proper handling of goods. Monitor and manage the payment collection process from clients or delivery points. Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of cash and receipts collected by delivery personnel. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Train and support logistics staff to maintain compliance and efficiency. Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues promptly. Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
