Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in industrial sales, coatings, protective coating, or related fields. Working knowledge of B2B sales into construction chemical (especially waterproofing). B.Sc (Any Specialization) or B.Tech/B.E. degree required; MBA preferred. Strong understanding of industrial coatings, industrial paints, and protective coatings industry trends.
