Key Responsibilities:1. Design Support at JCB FaridabadProvide on-site technical support for wiring harness design, modifications, and validation.Collaborate with JCBs design and engineering teams to understand project requirements.Assist in reviewing wiring harness schematics, routing, and joint diagrams for JCB machines.Ensure adherence to JCB’s engineering standards, component selection, and design practices.2. Communication & Coordination with Parent OrganizationAct as a bridge between JCB’s team and our EBWS design team.Regularly update the parent organization’s team about design changes, requirements, and technical clarifications.Share critical information regarding design feasibility, component selection, and readiness status.Provide timely updates on project progress, design approvals, and action points.3. Project Readiness & DocumentationEnsure all technical documents, design changes, and reports are systematically shared with the internal team.Maintain project trackers and timelines to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.Support in the preparation of BOMs, wiring harness drawings, and validation plans.4. Issue Resolution & TroubleshootingIdentify potential design challenges or feasibility concerns early in the development process.Coordinate with senior engineers and JCB’s team to resolve wiring harness-related issues.Ensure timely resolution of technical queries, component fitment concerns, and harness routing challenges.5. Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure that all designs comply with JCB’s internal standards, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.Assist in validation, testing, and troubleshooting of wiring harnesses when required.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.Day to day follow up with freight forwarders, CHA, transporter for domestic /international shipments, data entry and MIS preparation.Customs check sheet approval, duty payment confirmation and E way bill generation.Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers for smooth clearance processes.Plan and execute international shipments, including export documentation preparation.Oversee freight management activities such as booking space on vessels or trucks.Ensure accurate tracking of shipments using ERP system.Ability to work under pressure and coordination with internal/external team.Negotiate prices and terms with transporter, freight forwarders and CHA.Desired Candidate Profile5-8 years of experience in logistics coordination, planning, and management.Strong knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and regulations (import/export).Proficiency in ERP TM module for managing logistics operations.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.*Immediate Joiner
