Key Responsibilities: Following are the job descriptions but not limited to & applicable for both production block (INA1 & INA4): · Handling of QMS - CAPA, Change Control, Deviation, Investigation, Impact Assessment and FMEA (Failure mode and effective analysis) of related area. · Document preparations like SOP, Protocols, Qualification and URS (User requirement specification). · Coordinate to provide all necessary support to respective person of the area who initiate the observed incident, raised deviation, Change control and other QMS related documents. · Responsible for closing of non-conformance, complies of Audit query and perform validation in production and packing area with QA team. · To ensure GMP, GDP and Data reliability at shopfloor. · To prepare and review the instructions relating to production operation and ensure their strictly implementation. · To evaluate proposed changes in product, process or equipment and ensure that appropriate validations are done. · Review of statistical data of all the machines (Break-down, process loss, rejections, yield, review, corrective & preventive actions). · Shift Production planning, Manpower allocation planning, shift allotment, & Leave management of respective shift officers & operators. · Responsible for other activity related to Manufacturing. · Any other activity or project allocated by the HOD.
