Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site electrification works (LT/HT lines, pole erection, cabling, transformer work) Coordinate with labor, vendors, and clients during project execution Maintain site documentation, daily work logs, and safety compliance Assist in BOQ checking and material planning Report progress regularly to project manager/owner Requirements: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred) Hands-on experience in site execution for electrical infrastructure projects Ability to handle ground teams and travel for site supervision Basic understanding of electrical drawings & safety norms
