Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, test, and validate electrical systems and components for home appliances
Support production line activities and resolve electrical issues
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements (IS/IEC)
Conduct product testing, failure analysis, and root cause analysis
Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams for product improvement
Prepare and maintain electrical documentation, schematics, and BOMs
Assist in new product development and pilot production runs
Support vendor development and component evaluation
Ensure adherence to ISO and quality standards

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and control systems
Experience with home appliances such as fans, mixers, heaters, washing machines, refrigerators, etc.
Knowledge of testing equipment and quality procedures
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance norms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
