Job Summary The Paint Shop Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing all processes related to the paint shop operations. This includes overseeing equipment maintenance, ensuring product quality, monitoring process parameters, implementing continuous improvements, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily paint shop operations and ensure production targets are met. Monitor and control paint shop parameters including temperature, humidity, and coating thickness. Job Title: Manager – Control Panel Manufacturing (LT Range) Department: Production Location: Karoli Bhiwadi Rajasthan Job Purpose: To lead and manage the end-to-end manufacturing operations of LT Control Panels, ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and continual improvement in manufacturing practices.
