Job Description

The B2B Jewellery Sales Executive / Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing wholesale sales operations, building relationships with trade clients, and driving revenue growth in our gold showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge in gold jewellery, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain trusted business relationships with trade partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Drive B2B sales of gold jewellery and ornaments through strong client relationship management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new retail jewellers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Understand client requirements, product preferences, and market trends to recommend suitable designs and pricing.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Provide a consultative sales approach, offering accurate product details (purity, weight, hallmarking, making charges, etc.).
  • Ensure a smooth and professional client experience from inquiry to order completion.
  • Manage post-sale client communication and resolve any queries or issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update the client database with relevant information and feedback.

Showroom Operations

  • Supervise day-to-day showroom activities, ensuring displays, stock management, and security protocols are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the accounts and inventory team for billing, delivery, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with production/design teams for client-specific requirements or bulk orders.
  • Stay informed about market pricing, gold rates, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–8 years of experience in B2B jewellery or gold sales (preferably in a wholesale or bullion environment).
  • In-depth knowledge of gold jewellery products, purity standards, hallmarking, and pricing structures.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term B2B client relationships.
  • Professional appearance, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
