Role Overview: As a Sales Associate in the luxury or jewellery sector, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong customer relationships, achieve individual sales targets, and contribute to team goals. You will provide knowledgeable and personalized customer service, stay updated on jewelry products and trends, handle customer inquiries effectively, manage inventory, and assist with stock control. Ensuring attractive, clean, and well-organized displays, accurately processing transactions using the POS system, participating in sales events and promotional activities, preparing sales reports, and maintaining detailed sales records are crucial aspects of your position.
