Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the zone
  • Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them

  • Train and develop the sales team to improve their performance
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
