Building strong customer relationships to drive repeat visits and referrals will be crucial, along with meeting and surpassing individual and store sales targets. Maintaining updated knowledge of diamond types, pricing, market trends, and promotions is essential. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, order follow-ups, and after-sales service professionally, while also assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and showroom upkeep.
