As a Jewellery Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces that align with their style and preferences. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in finding jewellery that suits their style, preferences, and budget. - Provide detailed information on product features, materials, quality, and care to help customers make informed decisions. - Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals. - Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets by showcasing your sales skills. - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly. - Utilize the POS system efficiently and accurately for transaction processing. - Maintain the visual appeal of the merchandise display by keeping it clean and organized. - Stay informed about the latest jewellery trends, materials, and brand collections to better assist customers. - Support stock management activities, including inventory counts and replenishment. - Handle jewellery pieces with care and ensure their security at all times. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the jewellery industry, is preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Knowledge of different jewellery materials, styles, and care practices. - Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team environment. - Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management practices.
