Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewellery Sales associate located in Mumbai. The Jewellery Sales associate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include showcasing jewellery designs, answering queries, managing sales transactions, maintaining display cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The associate may also be required to assist in jewellery polishing and training new staff members.
