Job Description

As a B2C Sales Executive at our jewellery retail team in Richmond Circle, Bengaluru, you will play a key role in engaging with walk-in customers, showcasing products, and driving sales while ensuring an excellent buying experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting and guiding walk-in customers with product selection. - Showcasing jewellery collections, explaining features, and highlighting craftsmanship. - Building long-term customer relationships and ensuring repeat business. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Maintaining store aesthetics and merchandise displays. - Handling billing and basic store operations. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 4-5 years of B2C jewellery sales experience (preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Presentable and confident personality with a customer-first attitude. - Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively in a team. - Flexibility with rotational day-offs.
