As an Executive at ORRA Fine Jewellery, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales conversion, and fostering long-term customer relationships. You will engage customers by informing them about the latest designs, schemes, and offers to drive sales and increase customer engagement. Collaborating with the Relationship Executive, you will also support local area activities and contribute to the try-at-home scheme as directed by the Store Manager. Additionally, you will be expected to follow up with potential customers, conduct visits to facilitate sales closures, and proactively develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
